Maw-Bell Designs
Susan Maw and Sally Bell are sisters who have 'created' together since they were kids, using their cats to model their designer doll clothes! They were partners in a doll making business in the '80s. After taking a break to raise their families, they started their current business, Maw-Bell Designs. They feel fortunate to have so much fun designing, testing their ideas, and redesigning together. Susan and Sally love all aspects of art, but playing with color and fabric is the most rewarding.

Sally owned Bell Tower Quiltworks which was featured as one of the top ten quilt shops in the October 2008 issue of Quilt Sampler Magazine. The design team has also authored two books for C&T Publishing, Summer at the Lake Quilts and Sew a Backyard Adventure, along with scores of patterns for quilts, children's clothes, bags, aprons, etc. In addition, you might recognize the Maw-Bell name from designs featured in American Quilter Magazine and American Patchwork and Quilts.

Susan and her family live in northwest Montana near beautiful Glacier National Park. She and her husband have three sons, a daughter, and one granddaughter. Sally and her family live in Midwestern Montana in the mountains of the Bitterroot Valley. She and her husband have a son and a daughter and one granddaughter. The sisters and their families take advantage of everything the beautiful Montana outdoors has to offer--skiing, boating, hiking, camping, and gardening.
